Manufacturing processes

Single-sided mixing assembly

All components, including surface mounts and inserts, are on one side of the PCB. We use printed solder paste, placed components, and reflow soldering to complete the surface mounting process; in turn, hand-inserted or white-moving cartridges are used to secure the inserts and then soldered into the through-hole inserts.

Double-sided surface assembly

The two-sided SMT process uses surface mounted components and uses two-sided reflow soldering.

Processing fees

The process charges are transparently billed according to the number of solder joints. The more the number of solder joints, the lower the price of the unit solder joint, the greater the number of processed parts and the lower the single-piece processing price. The details of the charging standards for solder joints are shown in the following table.

There are certain differences in the difficulty of processing involved in different products and the consumption of other consumables. Therefore, there is a certain difference in charges for the processing of special devices. The following is a reference for the processing charges of some common types of products.
